Stephen & Chelsey Diaz are seeking part-time coaching specialists to mentor Rainmaker Mastermind students across all phases of the Rainmaker Journey. The ideal Coaching Specialist possesses key skills and knowledge in the e-commerce business industry and is fired up to walk alongside Rainmakers as they build their family legacy and unlock time and financial freedom.

You take initiative in learning cutting-edge strategies and share that wisdom through video trainings, live coaching calls, and tangible assets.

The Rainmaker Family is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. Our work hours may flex after challenge weeks and seasonally. Our Coaching Specialists are willing to help more when needed and rest during slower times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Rainmaker Students

• Moderate the Rainmaker Mastermind Community group 1 hour per day to answer questions and provide support
• Identify opportunities to enhance the student experience or improve educational resources and communicate to Coaching Manager
• Work with the Success Coaching Team to keep students in momentum and achieving milestones
• Collaborate with the Coaching Manager and Learning and Development Manager to keep course content current and identify gaps

• Create Resources

• Create new course content on e-commerce topics related to the Rainmaker journey
• Update existing Rainmaker content to ensure strategies are current
• Create digital assets, PDFs, guides, checklists, etc., to support student learning
• Ensure resources align with the student journey and needs

• Host Live Coaching Calls

• Host 1-3 live coaching calls weekly on e-commerce topics
• Support students by providing knowledge, feedback, and resources
• Encourage self-sufficiency by teaching concepts through specific examples
• Submit new coaching call topics for approval
• Track and report student call attendance and ratings weekly
• Host guest trainers on coaching calls

• Drive Revenue

• Identify opportunities for student upgrades and services
• Submit upgrade proposals aligned with student needs and ethos
• Promote upgrades through coaching calls and announcements
• Set and meet revenue KPIs weekly

• Process Optimization

• Create SOPs for new tasks
• Identify and plan to improve student journey efficiency

• Data Management and Reporting

• Track project progress
• Provide daily reports to Coaching Manager
• Update KPIs weekly

• Continuous Learning

• Attend training and educational opportunities
• Update e-commerce knowledge regularly
• Grow skills to better support students

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate daily with team and Coaching Manager in Slack
• Respond to all communications within 24 hours
• Submit daily End of Day Reports
• Attend weekly 1:1s and meetings

RESULTS

• > 4.5 Star Rating on Coaching Calls
• > 4.5 Star Rating on Course Content
• 10% of members achieve Student Award quarterly
• 20% attend coaching calls weekly
• 12 new resources created quarterly
• 80% of Rocks completed quarterly

AGREEMENT TERMS

• Notify your manager if unable to fulfill duties or if out for a period
• 90-day trial period
• Pay: $50/hr, 15-20 hours/week, with approval for additional hours

NOT INCLUDED

Coaching Specialists will not offer coaching outside the ecosystem, communicate outside Slack & Facebook, or engage with other groups of Rainmaker students.
