Job Description:

Business Change Manager Sr. *This is an Individual Contributor Role. Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work‑life integration, and ensures essential face‑to‑face onboarding and skill development. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless accommodation is granted as required by law.

Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

How you will make an impact:

• Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem‑solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
