Job summary

Elevance Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Business Change Advisor (Supplemental Data) to drive critical change initiatives within a hybrid work environment. The role supports in-office collaboration 1–2 days per week and offers flexibility to optimize productivity and work-life balance.

You will facilitate annual planning, identify leadership priorities, and map journey plans while educating stakeholders on necessary tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years related experience.
• or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• HEDIS measures proficiency highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit.
• Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of a designated journey plan.
• Develops journey plan and maps to reach goals and educates key stakeholders in use of these tools.
• Oversees utilization of additional management tools and processes.

Position Title

Hybrid

This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
