Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth and delivery across the Texas region. You will lead pursuits, manage major client relationships, and help shape market strategy while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader, this seller/doer role requires strategic thinking, strong BD goals, and cross-functional collaboration with Principals and BC leaders to win key projects.

• Forecast net revenue by period, quarter, and year end.

Our “One Infrastructure” group provides comprehensive planning, design, and engineering services for all phases of roadway, bridge, transit & rail, airport, and ports & marine projects as well as civil engineering, land development engineering, landscape architecture and urban planning.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader (RGL), the Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) is the “seller/doer” responsible for leading pursuits. Accountable for the top line, the BCPL leads the growth of the Business Centers and Stantec’s market position while supporting innovative design solutions with exceptional quality and execution that exceed client expectations.

This position can be based in any office location with Stantec’s US Texas region.

Client Focus:

• Responsible for exceeding client expectations through strong account management across the BC and personally leading accounts for major clients in the BC.

• Achieve minimum client- and proposal‑specific marketing and business development (M&BD) sales goals, including internal cross‑selling initiatives, target 50% of time.

• Ensure a minimum of 4 client feedback surveys are conducted per year and issues are addressed through implementation and follow‑through on action plans.

• Lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major BC opportunities.

• Drives the client relationship strategy, working with Principals and BC leaders to drive strong results in the client satisfaction survey within the respective BC.

• Responsible for net revenue forecasts by period, quarter and year end.
