Job summary

California Bank & Trust in Brea, CA is seeking a Business Center Manager to lead branch sales, operations and regulatory compliance while driving financial growth and exceptional client service. You will oversee staff development, performance evaluations, loan processing within authority limits, and the expansion of client relationships through proactive inside and outside business development.

We are seeking a Business Center Manager to join California Bank & Trust in Brea, CA . The Business Center Manager plays a key role in overseeing branch operations, driving business development and financial growth, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 5+ years of banking management and lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

• Business Development experience preferred.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $117,990 - $150,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
