As a Treasury Management Advisor within PNC's Business Banking Treasury Management organization, you will be based in any PNC building, including locations not specifically listed. The Treasury Management Advisor will work with our virtual business banking clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, working towards relevant sales goals. Typically handles clients with basic risk levels and needs, usually under higher supervision.
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and increase share of wallet. Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manage risk and ensure quality for clients by identifying and mitigating risks such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Identify client opportunities by understanding their needs and financial well-being, aiming to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Build relationships within the community and industry to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, presenting the full range of PNC's products and services. Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.
