Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned client banker to manage a 400+ client book in the $2–$10MM segment. You will drive outbound outreach, identify business needs, and grow opportunities within existing relationships. The role involves analyzing tax returns for loan structuring and leveraging multi-channel engagement.

You will collaborate with the Virtual RM team, manage risk including regulatory and credit considerations, and support small business clients with tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct industry experience in business banking or a related field.
• Knowledge of Business Banking concepts and products.
• Strong client outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with credit products and credit training is a plus.
