The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office work three+ days a week and the opportunity to develop deep client relationships. You will bring in new business, serve as the primary advisor, tailor financial solutions, and collaborate with Treasury Management and other teams to support client growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of credit risk management
• Ability to onboard and retain businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM
• Ability to meet targets with quantifiable results
