Job Responsibilities

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residency in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting is preferred
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on transactions
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business governance
• Structuring and restructuring business entities
• Assisting in due diligence and post-deal integration
• Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations
• Drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions
