Job Responsibilities

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience/background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on transactions
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Creating/restructuring business entities
• Performing due diligence and post-deal integration
• Staying current on laws and regulations
• Structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions
