Job Details

As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney, our requirements include:

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience/background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Core functions: drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, business entity governance, restructuring, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and drafting documents for transactions
