Location: Oklahoma, US (Initially 4 weeks at client location, then REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Define and evolve future-state enterprise architecture across business, technology, and integration domains. Translate strategic business goals into architectural plans and blueprints. Facilitate creation of target operating models and business capability maps for L&A.
- Business & Technical Capability Development: Develop and maintain business capability models supporting product innovation, underwriting, policy administration, and related processes. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define technical capabilities. Identify gaps and propose initiatives. Support multi-year transformation roadmaps and architectural governance. Define integration patterns and ensure solutions enable interoperability, scalability, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-12+ years in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategy roles.
- 5+ years in the Life and Annuity insurance domain.
- Experience defining future-state architecture and capability roadmaps in insurance.
- Strong knowledge of core L&A processes: product development, underwriting, policy admin, billing, claims, servicing.
- Familiarity with L&A technology platforms (e.g., EIS, ALIP, OIPA), CRM, BPM, data platforms, APIs.
- Experience with integration strategies and patterns (API-first, event-driven).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
