Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis for departmental planning and process improvement
  • Document detailed business processes and assist in developing specifications for program implementation
  • Collaborate with managers and information systems to define needs and implement operational systems
  • Provide business process and application support, analyzing and resolving system problems
  • Train users on system applications and coordinate employee training for new system implementations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems (if holding a Bachelor\'s degree)
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems (if holding an Associate\'s degree)
  • Minimum of eleven (11) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems (if holding a High School diploma or GED)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with users and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supervising support staff and providing guidance on system-related issues
  • Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies
  • Background in training and development for new system implementations
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and information systems
  • Ability to participate in system-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and achieve institutional goals
