Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operational analysis for departmental planning and process improvement
- Document detailed business processes and assist in developing specifications for program implementation
- Collaborate with managers and information systems to define needs and implement operational systems
- Provide business process and application support, analyzing and resolving system problems
- Train users on system applications and coordinate employee training for new system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems (if holding a Bachelor\'s degree)
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems (if holding an Associate\'s degree)
- Minimum of eleven (11) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems (if holding a High School diploma or GED)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with users and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supervising support staff and providing guidance on system-related issues
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies
- Background in training and development for new system implementations
- Understanding of healthcare operations and information systems
- Ability to participate in system-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and achieve institutional goals
