Responsibilities

• Analyzes and models current business processes to document procedures and identify improvements.
• Serves as liaison to information technology groups across the organization.
• Uses modeling tools to capture current state and desired future state of processes.
• Oversees knowledge transfer of business implications to application, database developers, and project managers.
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and collaborates with project management to prioritize deliverables and software functionalities.
• Creates detailed BRD and translates it into functional specifications.
• Coordinates data extraction and interpretation to support analytics and reporting.
• Partners with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
• Participates in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
