We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Lead Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced professional input to complex Operations Management assignments and projects. This role supports and provides direction to more junior professionals and works autonomously, requiring expert-level technical support only as needed. The successful candidate will exercise judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizing in-depth professional knowledge and acumen, the candidate will develop models and procedures, and monitor trends within Business Operations. This role may involve leading projects or project steps within a broader project or having accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.

The Business Analytics Lead Analyst Will Be Responsible For

  • Analyzing current processes to determine program performance and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Conducting data analysis in support of various analytics solutions.
  • Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of data from other departments, drawing inferences and conclusions from the information gathered.
  • Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Working effectively and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Conducting data engineering tasks using Azure Databricks and SSIS.
  • Utilizing proficiency in T-SQL to perform complex queries and data manipulation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Proven experience in data management.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or Power-BI.
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL.
  • Experience with data engineering in Azure Databricks and SSIS.
  • Ability to conduct routine tasks as directed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects or project steps within broader projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Alteryx.
