Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and ability to communicate findings clearly.

• Identify trends and opportunities through exploratory data analysis and data gathering from multiple sources.

Analysis should be well-structured, documented, repeatable, and quality-checked for accuracy.* Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues through exploratory data analysis. May involve collecting, cleaning, validating, and organizing data from multiple sources. In addition, may require further collaboration with team members and partner groups to drive holistic understanding of the opportunities and implications of solutions.* Translate analytical findings into clear summaries, presentations, and recommendations for business stakeholders.* Recommend and/or support the development and monitoring of experiments, pilots, and initiatives designed to improve the customer and delivery experience.
