Brunswick's Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI seeks a Business Analytics Developer to support data-driven decisions. You will develop Tableau dashboards for Sales, Product, and Marketing, build data sources, and work with the data warehouse to ingest new data in SQL Server.

You’ll translate complex market questions into actionable insights, leveraging AI and modern analytics techniques, and present findings to senior leadership and key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years work experience (incl. internships, excluding classwork).
• Direct experience with Tableau development: dashboards, data sources, LODs, row-level security.
• SQL proficiency: joins, subqueries, partitions/OLAP, DML.
• Experience leveraging AI for development and insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

The analyst will primarily support the Mercury Sales team by supporting Tableau dashboards, performing market analysis, developing and reporting on key KPIs, and communicating key insights to our stakeholders. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
