Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant in AML to turn stakeholder requests into concrete data projects. You will retrieve, clean and transform data using Power BI, Python and SQL, delivering analytics, reports, and data visualizations for leadership.

You will participate in governance and quality assurance, present findings to internal partners, and contribute to continuous improvements in analytics solutions within the AML space.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired.

As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Anti Money Laundering Organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or one of other PNC Hub locations. Convert stakeholder project request documents into functional project specifications for data retrieval, data cleaning, automation, reporting, system enhancements, process improvements, or other initiatives Leverage Power BI, Python and SQL to retrieve and clean large data sets from relational databases – Ideal candidates have prior experience within the Hadoop environment Translate complex data sources into project deliverables including data visualizations, ad-hoc reports, large data set transformation/aggregations, and others Execute data quality testing and governance procedures, ensuring robust data quality within project deliverables Participate in project update sessions with internal stakeholders, presenting deliverables and collecting feedback, change requests, and/or future enhancements Ideal candidates bring prior experience or interest in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) analytics space. Job Description

Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions. Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development. Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements. Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making. Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $137,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
