Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level degree or higher in a quantitative field and related work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years in business analytics, data analytics, consulting, strategy, or related analytical discipline.
  • Experience solving complex business problems with data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into strategic and operational outcomes.

As an Advisor, Business Analytics, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner who transforms complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve critical business challenges, and drive measurable outcomes through advanced analytics. This role combines deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and consultative leadership to influence decision-making, optimize performance, and enable data-driven strategies that improve organizational results.

Recognized as a subject matter expert, you will bring creativity, innovation, and thought leadership to high-impact initiatives while helping advance analytics capabilities across the enterprise.

What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Analytics Partnerships
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and align analytics initiatives to organizational goals.
  • Provide consultative guidance on complex business questions, translating challenges into actionable analytical approaches.
  • Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights, recommendations, and business storytelling.
Deliver High-Impact Analytical Solutions
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that address complex business problems.
  • Apply quantitative analysis, data exploration, forecasting, measurement frameworks, and performance evaluation techniques to generate meaningful insights.
  • Develop scalable analytical methodologies, tools, and processes that enable repeatable business value.
Advance Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive and operational audiences.
  • Communicate opportunities, risks, trends, and performance drivers to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish meaningful metrics and success measures to evaluate outcomes and business impact.
Enable Enterprise Analytics Adoption
  • Collaborate with analytics, technology, operations, and business teams to integrate insights into business processes and operational workflows.
  • Support the operationalization of analytics capabilities, ensuring sustainable adoption and measurable results.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven thinking and continuous improvement across stakeholders.
Provide Thought Leadership
  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert within Business Analytics.
  • Stay informed of evolving analytical techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to the advancement of organizational analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, consulting, strategy, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decisions and drive business results.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Experience working with analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively across matrixed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, MBA, or a related field.
  • Experience within healthcare, health services, payer, PBM, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, experimentation, or advanced statistical modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems.
  • Experience developing scalable analytics frameworks, products, or operationalized analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
