Location: Remote

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Additionally, you will also serve as a technical writer creating user manuals, documentation and training materials catering for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Development of process maps and workflows to visualize business processes. Repeat process steps with users to fully understand business needs.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Create detailed requirement documents and UI visuals.
• Validate requirements through testing and feedback sessions with users.
• Support project teams in maintaining a clear understanding of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and developers to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for various audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software program management, requirements analysis, software documentation or a similar role.
• Experience using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with general UI design trends and practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
