Job Title: Business Analyst
Location : 100% Remote

Job Description: Domain: Wealth Management/Brokerage mandatory


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and document business and technical requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and automation potential.

  • Write clear, actionable Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and user stories in Azure DevOps.

  • Partner with agile teams to ensure sprint goals are met and solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Create and execute robust test plans to validate functionality and ensure quality delivery.

  • Support workflow automation and orchestration initiatives using tools such as MuleSoft or WSO2.

  • Contribute to product ownership activities, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.


Required Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements management and agile delivery.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to write detailed PBIs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience creating and executing comprehensive test plans.

  • Expertise in developing detailed and actionable process flows using Microsoft Visio.

  • Expertise in data analysis, data migration, and data reporting.

  • Experience using Power BI, including developing reports, connecting to data sources, and identifying trends and actionable insights.

  • Excellent soft skills: collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and trust-building.

  • Experience in or strong understanding of workflow automation and orchestration tools.

  • Experience in a Product Owner/Scrum Master capacity is highly desirable.

  • Financial services and/or wealth management industry experience is highly preferred.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with C# and .NET development environments.

  • Experience with MuleSoft , WSO2, or similar integration/orchestration platforms.

  • Technical background or education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

  • Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, SAFe) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
