Job summary

Glory in Carrollton, TX or Watertown, WI seeks a Business Analyst to bridge IT and business units and to drive accurate reporting across dashboards and ad-hoc needs.

The role requires 3+ years of BI reporting, proficiency in JDE ERP, Power BI and Excel, and strong communication across organizational levels. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analytical reporting experience.
• Proficient with JDE ERP and Power BI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• BI Certifications in reporting or data analytics preferred (MCSE, SQL BI).
• Proficient in SQL and Six Sigma fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service, operations, and unit reports on an as-needed basis.
• Enhance automation of generating operational reports.
• Work with management to identify criteria for required reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and appropriate customer interface wording.
• Request systemic changes to advance reporting capabilities.
• Deliver reports to customers and collaborate with consultants and internal resources.
• Manage projects efficiently and produce ad-hoc reports when requested.
• Communicate issues timely and professionally and adhere to policy.

Description

The Business Analyst works as a liaison between IT and business units; acts as a consultant; works with project teams; runs reports to ensure accurate solutions

Key Responsibilities

• · Coordinating service, operations, and unit reports on an as needed basis
• · Enhancing the automation of generating operational reports
• · Work with management to identify criteria for required reports and dashboards

• · Apply Business specific verbiage especially for Customer interface

Job Benefits

Pay Range: $65,101 - $81,376, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
