Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management or business analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and establish expectations for governance and performance measurement.
• Partner with Relationship Owners to clarify vendor roles, value, monitoring requirements and responsibilities.
• Support vendor activities across full lifecycle: RFI/RFP, contracting, onboarding, ongoing management, and offboarding.
• Document business requirements, workflows, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare materials for vendor reviews: dashboards, spend summaries, issue logs, process documentation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate analysis into clear insights, practical recommendations, and leadership-ready materials.
• Maintain centralized records of vendor risks, issues, escalations, process gaps, decisions, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with service lines, Enterprise Risk Management, IT Security, Legal, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify issues and support timely resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, document decisions, and translate business needs into clear action steps.
• Define and maintain vendor performance measures, reporting expectations, and business requirements.
• Partner with the Insights team to develop vendor performance, spend, project, and operational reporting.
