Position Title: Business Analyst Undergraduate Intern - Summer 2027

Job Description: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Locations: Chicago, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Mason and Richmond. How you will make an impact:

• Analyzes business and IT needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy.
• Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback
• Contribute to Strategy and Business Development Efforts
• Develop and Deliver Presentations to Key Stakeholders
• Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategic frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship program (May 17th-August 6th) .
• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate academic program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or a related field of study.
• Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
• For the Veteran internship, candidates do not need to be students as military experience and training can be substituted for educational experience.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Advanced Communication skills, both written and oral.
• Advanced skills in, data analysis, stakeholder management, business process management, CQL, Informatics skills

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $25.61 to $47.57
