Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to support mission-critical IT projects onsite in Washington, DC. The role requires United States citizenship and a Top Secret clearance.

You will identify requirements, create user stories, test developed stories, and assist in training and documentation. The company offers medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid holidays.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree and experience with SAFe, Jira, and agile project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Top Secret Cleared.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (including internships).
• Experience with SAFe (Beginner).
• Experience with Manual Testing (Beginner).
• Experience with Agile Project Management (Beginner).
• Experience with Business Requirements Analysis (Beginner).
• Experience with Jira Ticketing (Beginner).
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.
