Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Subscription to support our direct-to-consumer print subscription programs from Los Alamitos, CA.

You will conduct reporting and analytics to deliver timely, accurate insights for cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You will build Power BI reports, analyze customer lifecycles and trends, and collaborate across departments to inform planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, BI, forecasting, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI or similar tools.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to handle complex data sets.
• Understanding of business planning, forecasting, metrics, and KPIs.
• Ability to present clear reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience analyzing subscription, customer lifecycle, e-commerce, or consumer data a plus.

Epson is seeking a Business Analyst – Subscription to support our direct-to-consumer print subscription business. You will be responsible for conducting reporting and analytical activities to ensure timely, accurate information is available to support key business areas. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive analysis of subscription programs, customer lifecycles, usage, and trends to help identify opportunities, solve problems, and support sound business decisions.

This position is based out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Gather, analyze and evaluate all relevant data for subscription programs
• Develop and maintain PowerBI reporting and prepare value-added analyses to provide key insights into these programs
• Prepare business reports and presentations for EAI and SEC executive teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide Business Planning and Forecasting support and analysis
• Maintain competitive gap analysis for all programs
• Prepars ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management
• Builds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.

What You Will Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, forecasting, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience analyzing and organizing complex data sets
• Understanding of business planning, forecasting, financial metrics, and key performance indicators
• Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for business and executive audiences
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams
• Experience analyzing subscription, customer lifecycle, e-commerce, or consumer business data is a plus

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $75,307 and $103,546 . Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
