What will you be doing?

As the Sr Analyst II, you will be responsible for driving change programs, managing client relationships, overseeing administrative processes, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. This role emphasizes standardization, efficiencies, project management, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and strategic planning to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Expand Best-in-class content: Contribute to the creation and expansion of high-quality, client-focused resources for general merchandise.
• Promote Unify Adaptation: Guide the team in driving adoption of Unify among clients and key accounts; provide support and training to promote key features.
• Innovate and Build Reports: Oversee creation and maintenance of Unify content, focusing on standardization, accessibility, and upskilling.
• Promote Client-Centric Approach: Encourage the Commercial team to deepen client focus, with regular updates on progress and benefits.
• Optimize Administrative Processes: Implement initiatives to reduce administrative time, enabling greater client engagement and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record as a high performer
• Experience in Client Management, Data Analysis, Project Management, and/or Leadership preferred
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively
• Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Unify, Tableau, or PowerBi
• Familiarity with data management systems for overseeing data adaptability

Location

This position is remote. Candidates may be asked to consent to background checks in accordance with local laws and our privacy notice. The salary range is $50,000 to $65,000, based on various factors including experience, education, and location. We offer benefits such as paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
