We are in search of a Business Analyst I or Business Analyst II to join our Business Analysis department in Spokane, Washington. This full‑time position reports to the Director, Business Analysis and is primarily accountable for assisting business teams in gathering requirements, evaluating processes, recommending solution options, and implementing process and technologies that enable the organization to meet its strategic objectives. The Business Analyst also operates in a project management capacity to ensure successful completion of assigned small to medium projects.
The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is:
Level I:
Typical starting range: $53,600 - $71,900
Full base salary range: $53,600 - $81,000
Annual performance-based incentive target is 8% of base.
Level II:
Typical starting range: $60,000 - $80,300
Full base salary range: $60,000 - $113,600
Annual performance-based incentive target is 8% or 10% of base depending on experience.
*Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates who must relocate to accept this position.
*Vacation accrual rates increase with tenure.
