This role represents stakeholders, sponsors, and users, ensuring solutions align with strategy. Essential Job Functions

• Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate vision to teams
• Define success criteria and desired outcomes for Epics
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Balance capacity and demand to provide solution options
• Maintain a ready backlog with clear acceptance criteria
• Advocate for customer needs and conduct user interviews
• Prioritize work according to strategic direction
• Ensure delivery aligns with strategic vision
• Manage risks and impediments between backlog items
• Coordinate releases and change management activities
• Prepare and communicate release notes
• Create and monitor metrics for process improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of application infrastructure and system architecture
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration
• Proficiency in managing backlogs and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required
• Commitment to integrity and professionalism

The annual salary range is $100,000 - $115,000, with compensation determined during interviews based on experience and other factors. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life/disability insurance, and 401K.
