This role represents stakeholder interests, ensures solution decisions align with strategy, and manages the lifecycle of Features and User Stories from vetting to delivery. It involves collaboration to meet customer needs, feasibility, and profitability, translating business epics into actionable work, and maintaining a strategic backlog. The role also involves communicating the vision and outcomes to Delivery Teams, embodying the voice of the customer.

Essential Job Functions

1. Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate the vision to teams.
2. Define success criteria and desired outcomes for Epics.
3. Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
4. Balance capacity and demand to provide solution options.
5. Maintain a backlog of actionable work with clear Acceptance Criteria.
6. Advocate for customer needs and conduct user interviews.
7. Prioritize work according to strategic goals and ensure alignment with releases.
8. Identify and manage risks and impediments.
9. Coordinate product releases, change management, and communicate updates.
10. Create and monitor metrics for process improvement.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
3. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
4. Understanding of application infrastructure, architecture, and OS.
5. Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
6. Proficiency in vetting, preparing, and delivering Features and User Stories.
7. Excellent communication skills and experience conducting user research.
8. Knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, and Agile methodologies.
9. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
11. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
12. Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC principles.
13. Ability to collaborate across diverse groups and regions.
