Job summary

SGS Technologie is seeking a Business Analyst in Tallahassee to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. The role requires 2+ years in requirements gathering, documentation, and effective stakeholder communication. You will prepare BRDs/FRDs and assist with testing and validation using MS Office.

You will collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure accurate requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Document business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to clarify requirements.
• Track requirement changes and maintain documentation.
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
