Job Description As a Business Analyst focused on legal software renewals, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of industry-leading legal software products, including Legal Tracker, HighQ, Exterro, OpenText, and Document Intelligence. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of customer relationships, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Account Management, Account Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals are handled accurately, on time, and in alignment with broader business goals. As the go-to expert on legal software contracts and pricing, you'll be an indispensable partner to the account team — bringing clarity, confidence, and solutions to every renewal conversation.

Base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
