What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead a team and engage in all aspects of SAFe Agile software development, primarily for planning and design
• Identify and resolve project issues, analyzing complex business problems to determine IT solutions
• Collaborate with Developers and UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences
• Define objectives and scope of business systems while gathering and analyzing business data and user needs
• Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience
• Experience in data analytics and programming
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective documentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Certified SAFe Practitioner certification
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other Government agencies
• Ability to obtain government clearance
• Experience designing basic UX/UI with wireframes and presenting them to clients
