Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose large epics into features and user stories for development teams
• Develop and create requirements to improve tools for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiencies
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for accessibility validation
• Automate and improve development, testing, deployment, and release processes
• Troubleshoot errors and streamline test procedures to enhance overall quality assurance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in business process and system analysis and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a DevSecOps environment with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven experience with accessibility testing and understanding of Section 508 and WCAG standards
• Proficiency with accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies
