Job Title: Business Analyst – Pharma Research IT

Location: Hybrid – Lexington, MA

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a pharmaceutical client’s digital transformation efforts in Research & Development. This role will play a critical part in advancing research IT systems by collaborating closely with scientific and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D teams to support digital workflows and data systems.
  • Analyze and improve systems such as ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook), SDMS (Scientific Data Management Systems), and other scientific databases.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of IT systems with scientific research goals.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Drive data management best practices and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical research domain.
