Anza Mortgage Insurance Company is seeking driven BA/POs to bridge business stakeholders and software teams at our Wilmington, NC headquarters. You will translate strategic goals into BRDs, decompose into user stories, and serve as the functional authority for Scrum teams.

Candidates with fresh perspectives from outside traditional mortgage tech are encouraged. Role emphasizes collaboration, writing clear requirements, and enabling rapid, quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, Product Owner or similar technical analyst role.
• Proficiency with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional department leaders to discover, gather, and align business needs and product vision.
• Translate complex business processes and ideas into clear, comprehensive BRDs and process maps.
• Decompose BRDs into well-defined, testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
