Job summary

Capgemini in New York is seeking a Business Analyst to support Pega implementations across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance. You will help gather requirements, write user stories, and draft process flows and specifications for domain-specific use cases such as loan servicing and policy management.

You will collaborate with developers and testers to ensure alignment with business rules, participate in UAT, and contribute to training sessions focused on financial and insurance operations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience, with exposure to Pega projects.
• Pega Business Architect certification.
• Familiarity with Pega Infinity Platform, Constellation UX, and design concepts.
• Understanding of Common Data Model and integration touchpoints.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100000 to 118650

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
