Job summary

A U.S.-based consulting firm is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner for the P&C Insurance domain. You will be the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, managing the product backlog and leading requirements elicitation. • Own the product backlog: define, refine, and prioritize user stories and epics based on business value and stakeholder input
• Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document findings in BRDs, FRDs, and user stories

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. P&C insurance domain, including products and processes
• Hands-on experience across the policy lifecycle including quoting, underwriting, and servicing
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation such as BRDs and user stories
