Job summary

Prowess Consulting is seeking a curious, motivated Business Analyst/Operations Support Administrator to join our growing team in a hybrid, on-site role in the greater Seattle area. The role focuses on requirements gathering, validation and process improvement across multiple projects and stakeholders.

The candidate will work with PowerBI, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, support training, documentation, and operational activities while maintaining a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated, recent experience creating and using PowerBI dashboards.
• Previous experience working with teams as a business analyst, including operational support.
• Strong Excel skills is required.
• Analytic mindset & problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and translation of business needs into clear requirements, plans and actions.
• Execute validation, testing and support user roll-out of new features or changes.
• Validation and testing: test new features from the development team to ensure they are functional and aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with developers, product managers, insights teams and end users to refine requirements and define quality metrics.
• Documentation of updates within Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Facilitate and conduct short training sessions for users.
• Take ownership of new, unfamiliar or ambiguous problems and drive them to a practical outcome.

Prowess Consulting is looking for a curious, motivated, and highly self-directed Business Analyst/Operations Support Administrator to join our growing team. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can turn their hand toalmost anything— fromrequirements gathering,validation of changes,process improvement,activityplanningand orchestration,tooperational problem-solvingand team support. We need someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, quickly gets to the heart of a problem, and naturally takes the initiative to work out what needs to happen next.
The right person will thrive across multiple projects and stakeholders, enjoy solving new and unfamiliar problems, and be the kind of person who can simply jump in, takeownershipand move things forward.

To be considered for this role, you must reside in the greater Seattle area. This role will require being on-site 1 – 2 days per week.

This is a full-time, hybrid role, and collaboration with teammates centered in various US time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.

The Role and Responsibilities

Theindividualwill support across a range of priorities, including:
Business Analyst responsibilities (70%)

• Requirement gatheringand translation ofbusiness needs and ideas into clear requirements ,plansand actions. Main scope areas:reporting using PowerBI, utilizing Dynamics 365 (D365) for customer engagements,and create wireframes where needed and/or mockups to hand over to the development team.

• Execute validation,testingandsupportuser roll-out of new features or changes.

• Validation and testing :testnew features from the development teamto ensuretheyare functional and according to requirements andalignedwith business goals.

• Stakeholder Liaison : Collaboratingand orchestrating closely with developers, product managers,insights teamsand end users to refine requirements and define quality metrics.

• Documentation of updates within Dynamics and SharePoint.

• Facilitate and conduct short training sessions for users.
  Team support responsibilities(30%)

• Support broader team priorities as needed, includingplanning ofworkshops, meetings,events, communications,documentation,SharePointupdates,and other operational activities.

• Take ownership of new,unfamiliaror ambiguous problems, quickly work out what needs to happen, and drive them through to a practical outcome.
  Qualifications

  Additional Details

• The offered pay range for this position is $85,000 – 95,000 year.
