As we continue to expand our offerings, we are looking for a Business Analyst to play a critical role in defining business requirements, optimizing workflows, and driving product enhancements.
Note: This is an on-site position, and candidates must be willing to work from our office location.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in requirement gathering, process documentation, and assisting in workflow automation. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in SaaS-based HRTech, Payroll, or FinTech companies.
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets customer needs effectively.
