The role partners with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and the platform's managed-service vendor to define business requirements, develop application and process specifications, and ensure work is prioritized based on business value and aligned with operational and technical strategy. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for workflow automation and operational improvement, translate business needs into technology solutions, and support the delivery of scalable workflow capabilities. Depending on the assignment, the role may have a dual reporting relationship to technology and business leadership and may support configuration and scripting activities within the Chorus (AWD) platform.
