Responsibilities

• Develops or modifies business requirements and functional specifications for projects.
• Supports or leads the process of screening, framing, and modeling ideas for improvements.
• Conducts gap analysis and uses analytical skills for problem management.
• Prepares high-level user documentation and training materials.
