Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Master Librarian!

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation supporting engine maintenance and overhaul operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Retrieve, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including engine manuals and repair documents.
  2. Acquire and tollgate new technical documents and Engine Service Manual ATA subscriptions.
  3. Manage daily interface with technical publications and partner with Global Master Librarians to ensure document accuracy and availability.
  4. Coordinate with engineers to incorporate updates into site-specific documents promptly.
  5. Oversee the transition of technical documentation from physical binders to digital platforms for better accessibility.
  6. Ensure overhaul facilities have timely access to relevant technical data and resolve access issues.
  7. Support the implementation and maintenance of new documentation systems and processes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience managing technical documentation, preferably in aerospace or engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
  • Proficiency in document management software and databases.
  • Familiarity with ATA Chapters, technical publication standards, and document control processes.

The approximate annual base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, with the final offer depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Location-specific note: Candidates in Los Angeles, California, are not eligible for this role. Only candidates in the Cincinnati, OH area are eligible.
