Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. seeks a SAP Business Analyst (Logistics) to bridge North American logistics operations with Group Technology L3. The role emphasizes SAP IDOC management, system integrations, and operational excellence for US and Canada warehouses, including travel to domestic sites.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, solution delivery, training, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure reliable warehouse logistics systems across North America.

Qualifications

• College education or technical school background.
• 3-5 years with SAP ECC.
• EWM and S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• SAP IDOC knowledge required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for warehouse operations in New Jersey, New York, Canada, and Grand Prairie, TX facilities.
• Monitor and maintain business-critical logistics applications and integrations.
• Support, analyze and resolve SAP IDOC integrations and logistics-related processes.
• Assist with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and FTZOC solutions including Centiro and GTS.
• Ensure system reliability and minimize operational disruptions.
• Gather business requirements and participate in solution design activities.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Collaborate with regional teams and IT colleagues on logistics technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
• Create training materials and conduct key user training sessions.
• Support user adoption of new processes and technologies, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Build strong relationships with warehouse leadership, logistics teams, and stakeholders.

Business Analyst, Logistics Execution Technology | Grand Prairie, TXReports to: Manager, Application Support

Role Overview

The SAP Business Analyst (Logistics) serves as the primary liaison between North American logistics operations and the the Group Technology L3, ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics systems. This role supports distribution centers and logistics teams across the United States and Canada, with a strong focus on SAP IDOC management, system integrations, and operational excellence. The position combines business process expertise, SAP support, incident resolution, system enhancement delivery, training, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient and reliable warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support
• Provide day-to-day support for warehouse operations in New Jersey, New York, Canada, and Grand Prairie, TX facilities.
• Monitor and maintain business-critical logistics applications and integrations.
• Support, monitor, analyze and resolve SAP IDOC integrations primarily and logistics-related processes.
• Assist with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZOC) solutions including but not limited to Centiro and GTS.
• Ensure system reliability and minimize operational disruptions.
• Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
• Act as the interface between Richemont North America and the Group Technology L3 team.
• Gather business requirements and participate in solution design activities.
• Coordinate testing, and deployment of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Collaborate with central and regional teams on logistics technology initiatives.
• Documentation & Training
• Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
• Create training materials and conduct key user training sessions.
• Support user adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training within the IT organization.
• Build strong relationships with warehouse leadership, logistics teams, and functional stakeholders.

Scope of Responsibility

• Supports logistics and warehouse operations across multiple North American locations.
• Acts as a key IT contact for IDOC system integrations.
• Partners with both regional business teams and Group Technology L3 team.
• Travels domestically and internationally as business needs require.
• Participates in occasional after-hours and weekend support activities during critical operational periods, upgrades, and deployments.
• Works from home 1 day per week. The rest directly in the Grand Prairie, TX Warehouse.

Qualifications
