The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology risk, controls implementation, and information technology concepts. This role involves creating comprehensive documentation, including policies and procedures, by gathering information from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies and procedures
2. Collect and analyze information from various departments and stakeholders
3. Create clear, concise documentation of complex technical processes
4. Assist in the implementation and documentation of IT controls
5. Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT practices with business objectives
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in IT business analysis, risk management, or related field
• High-level understanding of technology risk and controls implementation
• Strong knowledge of information technology concepts, including:
