Business Analyst III

Remote (CST or EST)

12-month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $50.00 to $54.00 per hr.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advocates for the business clients in all phases of the complex solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Performs complex analysis to identify core business issues and map out solutions.
• Develops the business case for action, defining needs, methods, and benefits.
• Undertakes detailed requirements analysis to satisfy business needs.
• Works with the development team to refine solution design and outcomes.
• Monitors progress to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Resolves conflicts due to technical deviations.
• Collaborates with testing teams to ensure issues are resolved before rollout.
• Evaluates user interactions during implementation and suggests modifications.
• Keeps abreast of best practices, resources, and trends.
• May work across multiple business or technical areas and train junior staff.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Strong technical documentation and storytelling skills.
