Business Analyst 3 - Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to generate insights and recommendations that support business decision‑making
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis and projections
• Manage budget and forecasting processes for the business group
• Prepare executive/management‑level presentations with data‑driven findings
• Develop and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business opportunities and improvements
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to answer business questions
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports
• Create, maintain, and publish regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with financial literacy and numeracy
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
