Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
