Position Specific Description

This position reports to the Cash Manager/Supervisor and supports cash and banking operations, cash GL reconciliations, operational analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The role uses standardized tools and research methods to support special projects, banking configuration, cash movement, forecasting, and issue resolution while collaborating with legal, accounting, treasury, and banking partners.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Cash & Bank Account Management: Monitor cash movement for operations, financings, acquisitions, sales, and divestitures; handle deposits and advise business units on fund movement.
• Bank Relationships & Configuration: Set up and maintain bank services, bank account open/close/change requests, SAP bank configuration, and database updates.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze treasury and banking activity, liquidity, cash forecasts, bank reports, transaction research, fraud activity, and reporting metrics.
• Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Review and approve bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and manage account maintenance issues related to bank accounts and feeds.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline cash management processes and collaborate with business partners to implement improvements.
• General: Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
