A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements. The role involves managing requirements, planning user acceptance testing, and analyzing existing processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience. Position Purpose: Collaborates with the business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements that will be used by the design and development teams to build the technical solutions that fulfills the business needs.
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $112,400.00 per year
